I help leaders and their teams — and the systems around them — lead with connection, intention and impact. Grounded, practical, and built into the real work. Here’s how we can work together.

Leadership Workshops & Masterclasses

Focused research-informed sessions facilitated with warmth and challenge.

When you want high impact without a full program, I run sessions from 90-minute sessions to full-day workshops for your leaders or team — from short workshops that fit into a staff meeting to deeper masterclasses that unpack a single theme in real depth. Topics include:

Leading and navigating change

• Storytelling as a leadership practice

• Place-based leadership with leadership canvases

This is for you if: you want a high-value session for a staff meeting, development day, or leadership offsite.

Leading In and From the Middle

Lead yourself, others and change — with clarity, connection and confidence.

My signature cohort program for middle leaders in schools is built on a place-based leadership model and typically run over three days across three terms. Between sessions, each participant leads a live mini-leadership project drawn from their own work, so they're applying and practising as they go. Grounded in research and over a decade of work alongside middle leaders.

This is for you if: you want your middle leaders to lead with clarity, connection and confidence.

Job-Embedded Leadership Development

Grows your leaders and calibrates leadership practice to your context.

I partner with schools over the long term — from six months to multiple years — designing bespoke development that starts with your senior leadership team and extends across multiple layers of leaders in your school through connected cohort programs. Anchored in the real challenges and projects you're already leading, the work draws on my signature tools — the Place-Based Leadership Model, the Leadership Playbook and Leadership Canvases — to build capability on live work that matters. Over time, leaders develop a shared language around leadership, and job-embedded leadership learning becomes part of how your school grows its people. Grounded in research and over a decade of practice.

Facilitation

I design, convene and facilitate forums, workshops and consultations that help inform and bring to life policy, projects and strategy.
My focus is on creating authentic, optimistic events: spaces where people can genuinely connect, talk openly, dig into the issues that matter, and discover new ways to work together for greater impact. This approach is grounded in more than fifteen years of experience, including my work running an advocacy organisation.
I also love bringing people together over the longer term, convening alliances and networks on behalf of my clients.

Research

I undertake literature reviews, mixed-methods research (predominantly qualitative) and report writing to inform and support policy, strategy and advocacy. My work spans a range of topics, including school autonomy, leadership, system change, inclusive education, gender-based violence, and respectful relationships education.

My own research agenda centres on system leadership — and, in particular, the role of the "middle tier" in schooling systems.
